These terms apply to your use of Secret Trips (the “Site”), operated by Secret Trips. By using the Site you agree to them.
1. What the Site does
The Site is a travel search and comparison service. We help you find offers from third-party travel providers (“Partners”). We are not a travel agent, airline, hotel, or tour operator, and we do not sell, issue or manage bookings.
2. Bookings are with Partners
Any booking you make is a contract between you and the Partner. The Partner’s own terms, prices, cancellation rules and privacy policy apply. Questions about a booking, payments, refunds, changes or cancellations must go to the Partner.
3. Prices and information
The name “Secret Trips” and phrases like “secret fares” describe deals our search helps you find. They do not mean prices are exclusive to the Site or unavailable elsewhere. Prices and availability shown on the Site come from Partners and data feeds, may be cached, and can change at any time. They are indicative only. The price shown by the Partner at checkout is the price that applies. We work to keep information accurate but don’t guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.
4. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping or unlawful activity. You can delete your account at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site: no automated scraping, attempts to break security, interfering with other users, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Partner names and logos belong to their owners.
7. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for Partners’ products, services, acts or omissions, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
